Shipping policy

It's important to start by clarifying to customers that your order processing times are separate from the shipping times they see at checkout.  

All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

*NOTE: We are located in Central Florida and at times, handling may be affected by Severe Weather.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

For simple flat rate shipping: We offer flat rate shipping to United States 

Local delivery

We do not offer local delivery at this time.

 In-store pickup.

We do not offer In-store pickup at this time.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 8 to 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at shop@stonetowncollectibles.com.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes:

We ship to PO boxes were applicable.

P.S. For those that are International, I stopped adding International shipping to the listings. The rates change so often that it was hard to keep up with them, and even then, I wasn’t always sure that they were overpriced. If you are not in the US and reside in a country that I can ship to, you are more than welcome to send me a list of items, (anything totaling $10 or more) you would like to buy and I can work up an invoice with the best shipping rates available at that time. The same thing applies to US residents. My shipping is calculated close, and if it does exceed the actual shipping cost, I refund the difference at the time of shipping. If you want a more precise shipping cost, you are more than welcome to send me a list as well and calculate it as a whole.
